WH233 Maintenance- Electrician

Job Description:

•       Attend the breakdown of machine and support to internal customer for smooth running of Organisation.

•       Carry out the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance of machine, Utility Equipment as per given plan.

•       Solve the machine brake down in shortest time.

•       Train to Apprentice Trainee during their training.

•       Maintain the clean and tidy work place.

•       Follow the policies given by company related to safety.

•       Solve the machine electrical problem.

•       Fill up daily breakdown memo after completion of work.

•       Support in Calibration Activities to external calibration agency.

•       Fill up maintenance log book.

•       Validation of qualification of machine of higher MTTR and low MTBF.

•       Reconditioning of spares.

•       Submission of monthly KPI.

•       Controlling consumable cost.

•       Resolving issues at required line as instructed by senior.

•       Meter & MSEB record updating
