Job Profile:
The Customer Service Administrator manages the Customer Service “eservice” Inbox efficiently and in a timely fashion to facilitate excellent service levels to our customers. The CSA performs all required administration duties within the Customer Service Department and provides support to the Customer Service team with the processing of orders and quotations on SAP
