Job Profile:

 

The Customer Service Administrator manages the Customer Service “eservice” Inbox efficiently and in a timely fashion to facilitate excellent service levels to our customers. The CSA performs all required administration duties within the Customer Service Department and provides support to the Customer Service team with the processing of orders and quotations on SAP

 

Job Accountability: –

 
  • Accurately review and sort/route all incoming emails and faxes in the Customer Service generic “eservice” Inbox
  • Process sales orders, sample orders and quotations in the SAP business system, including full contract review
  • Perform a variety of administration tasks in support of the Customer Service leadership team – predominantly report generation but not exclusively
  • Other customer service duties as assigned
