Competencies/Skills:
· To take ownership of targets for lead generation for corporate sales
• Implement sales plans and strategies
• Lead generation by data mining, online portals like LinkedIn, Zoominfo etc.
• Keeping in touch with influencers like associations, chambers, embassies, international recruiters, international tax advisors, luxury hotels, etc.
• Lead generation through cold calling to business influencers
• Promote and generate leads by advertising, sponsorships, tele-calling & campaigns.
• Contribute to marketing activities and assist in lead generation by working closely with traditional marketing & digital marketing team.
• Generate interest in our services from corporations, seek appointments, make presentations, and work with the sales team to close the deals
• Record lead progress in HubSpot CRM
• Design brand strategies, communications & marketing collaterals.
Personality & Traits:
• Good communication, presentation skills and Interpersonal skills
• Good negotiator, silently aggressive, disciplined, punctual, mature & good team player
• Proven sales track record in service / consulting industry
• Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Thorough knowledge of Pune & Mumbai City and its business / industry clusters
• Knowledge of foreign languages & culture will be an added advantage
• Candidate must own a two/four-wheeler and be currently based in Pune
