Service for complete range of Resistance Welding products supplied for commissioning, equipment malfunctions, perform modifications and repair of equipment, and take corrective actions; and also train end users on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Job details
Take service calls, and work with Sales team to rectify customers issues.
Visually inspect, install and test machinery and equipment.
Detect malfunction
Discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance technicians, to diagnose problem or repair machine
Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired parts
Co-ordination with internal departments like Design, Sales & Manufacturing, to address customer issues
Train end users on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Skills:
Knowledge about automated and semi-automated machines and robotics automation.
Worked in Weld Shop maintenance
Excellent Communication skills (written and/or Oral) in English, Hindi.
Willingness to travel extensively
Good computer proficiency and
2 wheeler with license
Experience
0-2 years BE/ B. Tech/ Mechatronics/Diploma with 0-3 years of work experience in servicing of industrial products. ( Mechatronics preferred )
